A steady breath leads to a steady mind. Specially designed to revitalize and recharge both body and mind. Pranayama and meditation workshop empowers one with the practice of breathing and mindfulness techniques that can be integrated into the daily routine. 

Prana is the universal energy or life force. Everything in the universe is the manifestation of prana. We receive this prana through breath. With the regular practice of pranayama—you can control the flow of it—you can even store this energy in your system. You need an abundance of prana to be youthful, healthy and strong. In this course, we will explain the science behind the different techniques and their benefits.

Prachi is an Indian yogi. She teaches Teacher Training in India and the U.S. Her cultural and ancestral lineage has helped her students understand the true essence of yogic practice. Prachi is certified both internationally and in the U.S. Her certifications are Yoga Therapy, Hatha, Yin yoga, Prenatal/Postpartum, Adaptive/Restorative/Chair yoga, Ayurveda, Pranayama, Meditation and speaks Sanskrit fluently, having studied the language since childhood. Her in-depth knowledge of various Vedas and methodical approach towards teaching creates an easier path for students/teachers to experience the therapeutic benefits of yogic practice. Prachi is passionate about bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and contemporary science. She is highly motivated and content driven. Prachi’s sessions are holistically designed to rejuvenate and energize the body, mind and soul.

There are no pre-requisites for this training. You do not have to be 200HR certified to join. 

For those who are 200HR certified; this training will count towards your continuing education hours with the Yoga Alliance.
