Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so we can sign you in and start on time.

Mat rentals are available for $3 (free for members). All of our props are available for use during class.​

In efforts to make space for everyone, a late cancel /no show fee of $15 will apply if your reservation is not cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the class start, or you will lose your purchased class.
