LIVE STREAM

Most in-studio classes are being livestreamed via Zoom. This is a great way to interact and practice live with our your yoga community and teachers! Stay motivated and maintain your mind & body self care routine from home, or while you're traveling.

Important Things to note!

Please be sure to register at least 15 minutes prior to the class start time.

You will receive an email with the link to join upon registration for class. Please be sure to check your spam folder just in case!

No worries, there are no late cancel or no-show fees.

To maintain client privacy, our livestream classes are not recorded, therefor we cannot provide a recording if the class was missed. Thank you for your understanding.
