200hr Yoga Teacher Training

10 weekends, Fall/Winter 2026
October 2026 through March 2027
Off every other weekend + holiday weekends.
Location: Split between the Hoboken & JC Studios.100% in person

Investment:

$3,000 - Paid in full by 9/15
$3,300 there-after and/or with the payment plan option.

Hands on Assists Training

Jersey City Studio
October 18th 1 - 6pm. Everyday assists

January 31st 1 - 6pm. Advanced assists

​

Option to book one or both days.​

​

Prerequisite: Must be 200hr certified

Apprenticeship Program

​Led by Celeste Cusumano

6 Week, one-on-one mentorship program meant to level up your teaching skills. 

​


Investment to self: $950
Asana Soul Practice graduates save $100: $850

This is a rolling program and it begins with you.

Must be 200hr certified.

20hr Yin Yoga Training

​Led by Kelly Kamm

Jersey City Studio

January 22, 23, 24. 2027​

Friday: 6:30 - 8:30 pm (Via Zoom)

Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 - 6:00pm (in person)
