Restorative yoga is all about letting go and relaxing the nervous system. Restorative yoga is practiced through the use of props, and settling into poses that allow both body and mind to settle, to heal, and to renew.
In this training you'll learn how to set up those poses, how to sequence them seamlessly and effectively, and the benefits associated with each pose. You'll also learn hands on assist for restorative, as well as how to incorporate meditation, pranayama, and essential oils into your class.
This training will give you the ability to teach your own classes, to add elements of restorative to your existing vinyasa classes, or deepen your own personal practice.
Founder, Celeste Cusumano leads this training. Celeste holds over 150 hours of restorative yoga teaching experience. Learn the essential art of relaxation over two peaceful weekends.
Space is limited to 10 people, be sure to reserve your space as soon as possible.
Must be 200HR certified in order to go on to teach restorative yoga. If you are not 200HR certified, this is a great way to deepen your restorative practice and integrate the teachings of restorative yoga into your day-to-day life.

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING
"The 200-hour teacher training program at Asana Soul Practice is top-notch. The curriculum covers everything from anatomy and alignment to mudras and chakras, giving students a thorough and well-rounded foundation for teaching yoga. We were given the opportunity to start practice teaching on the very first day, so by the end of the training program I felt 100% prepared to teach a full yoga class from start to finish. This was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I’d highly recommend to anyone interested in teaching yoga or even just deepening their own yoga practice!"
- Diane Wiley, Asana Soul Practice Graduate.
