Teachers looking to find new ways to cue poses that help create space in all bodies. Perfect for both group classes and private clients.
ABOUT THE TRAINING
Take what you've learned in your anatomy courses and begin to apply it to your teaching cues. Deepen your understanding of how bodies function uniquely, and create a more educational experience for your students.
Pre-requisite: 200hr YTT Certification
What to expect in this Introductory Course:
-
Cue SPACE - the theme of Joint Decompression can offer both stability and mobility for greater ease in range of motion. We'll discuss different types of joints and their shock-absorbing partners and qualities.

-
Experience abbreviated sections of class demonstrating anatomical cues for joint decompression.

-
Work in small groups to practice and witness how cues can facilitate your students' experience, plus how different bodies may accept or be resistant to creating space (Great for teaching private classes!)
UPGRADE add-on (+1 hour CEU credit):
After initial course completion, video your own puttering, standing, peak, and cool down sections with your integrated anatomical cues for personalized feedback. Certificate and instructions on how to add training hours to your Yoga Alliance profile will be provided upon completion.
