SUMMER DJ YOGA
ON THE ROOFTOPS OF DVORA 175 AND HAMILTON HOUSE
Select Tuesdays all summer, 6:30-7:30pm
In partnership with DVORA we are bringing our signature Live DJ yoga class to the rooftops of DVORA 175 and Hamilton House. Expect an open level vinyasa yoga class taught by Celeste Cusumano, set to fun and dreamy tunes mixed by the one and only DJ Prana.

ASANA STRETCH
A FIVE WEEK SERIES WITH MEAGAN WOODS
April 28th - June 2nd (off Memorial Day weekend)
Sundays 5:30-6:30pm in Jersey City
Asana Stretch will help you feel more open in your hips, hamstrings, shoulders and back through exploring isometric stretching methods. This is a simple technique that has jaw dropping results! And the fun part is that this method works best with a partner, so prepare to buddy up and help each other breathe and deepen into these stretches.

Each week will focus on a different target area:
4/28 + 5/5 will focus on shoulder and back openers
5/12 + 5/19 will focus on hips and hamstrings
6/2 will integrate both lower and upper body stretches in a culminating session.
SINGLE CLASS: $28

DOWNWARD DOG (+PUPPY!) YOGA
A DONATION-BASED CLASS FOR WISE ANIMAL RESCUE
Sunday, June 9th, 12pm-1pm in Hoboken with Rachel
Join us for a yoga class brought to you in partnership with Wise Animal Rescue. Meet some of Wise's latest rescue dogs and puppies while enjoying yoga movements suitable for all levels. This special event is bring your own mat.
All aspiring dog and puppy parents must be approved by Wise Animal Rescue. If you are interested in adopting a dog, we encourage you to fill out an application here ahead of time to speed up the approval process.

Join us for our monthly Happiest Hour—a yoga class followed by a chance to meet other Asana Soul Practice yogis!
This month, embrace wanderlust as you move through a sonic journey of world music, mapped out by your tour guides (instructors) Danielle and Jacqui.
Refreshments will be served afterwards.

Experience the profound and immediate impact of sound. Our monthly sound bath experience uses the sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls, Bamboo Flutes, Meditation Drumming, Crystal Bowls, and more to help guide you into a deep meditative state.
