MEDITATION
30 minute candlelit meditations offered weekly + we offer a blended yoga class that incorporates meditation (Flow and Let Go) throughout the week.
YOGA
At our core, we offer a well balanced range of vinyasa yoga classes from beginner to intermediate level, plus yin yoga & restorative yoga. Learn more about all our class types here.
SOUND + SCENT
An experience for the senses.
All of our classes integrate the use of essential oils. We also feature monthly live sound baths as well as an incredible high fidelity sound system to be fully immersed in music & movement.
