**Please note: When booking for studios that host their classes on MindBody, you may be prompted to “sign out” of one studio first before viewing the other studio’s classes.

30 minute full body circuits that move through the Upper Body, Lower Body, Cardio, and Core. Class includes sculpt, strength, and cardio moves!

 

Barre 1-1:30pm - book here!

Not your basic barre class. Expect a 30 minute fast pace, full body workout designed to find the shakes fast! Virtually zero impact to protect your joints, but intense enough to break a sweat!

 

Sculpt 2-2:30pm - book here!

Our 30 min signature format! This mat fusion class uses sliders, bands, and ankle weights for a full body burn that will get your muscles fired up and shaking!

 

Strength 3-3:3pm - book here!

3 Strength-focused stations that rotate through Upper Body, Lower Body, and Core. Heaviest weights, more strength than cardio.

 

Powerflow

Hot Power Flow 30 1:30-2pm

Hot Power Flow 30 is an express version for our hour-long Hot Power Hour class, an upbeat yoga practice that gets you out of your head and back into your body. You’ll work hard to link together your movements and breath while you flow through a series of traditional yoga poses. You'll still break a sweat during this powerful and meditative experience that will help you turn down the noise of everyday life.

This open-level class is set to music. Modifications and variations WILL be offered to tailor the practice to your individual needs.

 

Hot Core Power 30 2:15-2:45pm

Hot Core Power 30 is a shortened version of our Hot Core Power Hour with an emphasis on core strengthening. You’ll work hard to link together your movements and breath while you flow through a series of traditional yoga poses. You'll still break a sweat during this powerful and meditative experience that will help you turn down the noise of everyday life.

This open-level class is set to music. Modifications and variations WILL be offered to tailor the practice to your individual needs.

Warm Yin 30 3-3:30pm

An express Yin Yoga class that is the perfect complement to a more vigorous, powerful fitness routine. For those who need a mini-retreat but can’t quite get away, yin yoga helps students clear away mental fog. You can expect fewer poses with longer holds, more floor postures, breathing techniques and meditation. This practice is focused on releasing deeply held tension in some of the body’s tightest areas: the lower back, hips and legs. You’ll challenge your ability to stay present and detached as the intensity of each posture continually builds.
