6 MONTH APPRENTICESHIP
APPRENTICE PROGRAM
Asana Soul Practice offers an apprentice program that will help take your classes to the next level and/or help prepare you to begin teaching. If you are a new yoga teacher, or are looking for a mentor to help hone your skills, this program is for you.

This new format apprentice program is held monthly, over the course of 6 months with a semi-private group of peers, and led by our lead teacher training instructors; founder, Celeste Cusumano & senior teacher Lauren Hemley
APRIL THROUGH SEPTEMEBER
One Sunday evening per month, split between studios.
DETAILS
6 month apprenticeship
Monthly group meetings & practice teaching with your peers and mentors
Shadow 1 class monthly
Take class at least 3x monthly
Includes 2 private sessions, one with Celeste and one with Lauren.
ABOUT YOU
Must be at least 200hr certified.

Finding your voice as a teacher

Improving your sequencing

Working on hands on assists

Learning to weave your dharma talk throughout class

Deepening your knowledge of the yoga sutras, chakras, asana, etc.

Learning to play the harmonium

Building playlists

Getting out there as a yoga teacher: audition prep, marketing, etc.

Must have a general interest in learning more; getting your questions answered, and committing to self study through the guidance of a senior teacher. Must be willing to; put in the work, make mistakes, and receive feedback!
SCHEDULE
Sunday's at 4pm. 60 - 90 minutes depending on group size. *8 person max capacity.​
First Sunday of each month. Alternating between our Jersey City and Hoboken locations.

INVESTMENT
Investment to self:
$1,500 - includes 6 month unlimited membership (a $720 value)
Asana Soul Practice graduates save $100
Pay in full to receive an additional $50 discount, or make 5 payments of $300.

Fee includes unlimited classes at the studio during your 6 month apprenticeship and regular communication via a WhatsApp group community.
Space is limited to 8 students max.
